CHEER!
Cheer uses strength and flexibility to perform gymnastic-based tricks and tumbling. In this class, students perform conditioning exercises to teach and build flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination. Students will learn Cheerleading & Tumbling skills in conjunction with team building and self empowerment!
